Harbourside Apartment B in Puerto Mogan

This light and bright one-bedroom ground-floor apartment faces west, the garden getting the afternoon sun and the bedroom, the morning sun. The apartment is five doors away from the other harbourside apartment on the small plaza bordering the fishing harbour and, being on the level with no steps, is accessible by wheelchair.

The small garden has a lawn with two sun-loungers, a palm tree and a paved area with a table, four chairs and a parasol.

In the lounge is a sofa bed which will sleep up to two, a TV, DVD, and an electric fan. The kitchen area is divided from the lounge by a breakfast bar and is equipped with a two-ring electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, and of course, pans, crockery and cutlery!

In the bedroom there are two twin beds, a fitted wardrobe with lots of storage space, a dressing table and a fan. Off the bedroom is a small yard (called a patio in Spanish) equipped with a clothes line.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a washbasin and a WC. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.

Except for beach towels, all linen is provided and changed weekly.

Please note:This is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Rates

From €350 per week for two people. The minimum stay is seven nights. Up to two extra people can be accommodated for an additional €70 per person per week.
