This very comfortable ground-floor apartment has one bedroom with two twin beds and in the lounge there is a bed-settee which will accommodate two people. A small room adjoining the bedroom, with a small child's bed and a cot, is available on request.

The lounge is equipped with a DVD player and a TV on which to view DVDs, a CD/cassette player and an electric fan. There is a small collection of DVDs and paperback books for your use. DVDs can also be rented locally.

The kitchen area has a two-ring hob, combi microwave/grill, fridge, toaster, electric kettle and an espresso coffee pot. It is also well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

In the recently refurbished shower-room (with toilet) there is a washing machine and you also have the use of a hairdryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) and utilities are included.

The small garden has a grassed area with two sun-loungers and a coconut palm, and paved area with a table and four patio chairs, perfect for dining or sitting out in the evening.

Please note:This is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Rates

From €350 per week for two people. The minimum stay is seven nights. Up to two extra people can be accommodated for an additional €70 per person per week.
